If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us right away. Please note that custom and pre-ordered items cannot be swapped for other designs.
The products never arrived:
If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered, but you have not received your item(s), please email us at email@example.com. After verifying this information, we may or may not request you to return the item(s) to us. Rest assured, we will process your refund immediately.
Item not received:
If you have successfully placed an order but still haven't received it, even though the tracking status shows it as delivered, we recommend that you first contact the courier to locate your shipment. If the problem persists, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
