We are committed to offering you the best prices for our watches, and we do so in three ways. 

Price Monitoring 

We constantly monitor prices at other watch retailers to make sure we are offering you the most competitive price. On average, we are 5-10% cheaper than our competitors.

Price Matching

We’ll match the price if you buy an item from us and then find an identical item (in the same quality condition) for less at one of our qualifying competitors within 30 days after purchase.

To submit a price claim please send an email to contact@ginzawatch.jp with your order number, proof of purchase from a competitor and with the subject line “Price match claim”.

Price Adjustments After Purchase

If we or a competitor mark down the price of an item you’ve already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 30 days of your shipment date.

Our ability to price match of adjust sale prices is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

• The item must be identical
• The item must be in the same condition
• The item must be in stock at the selected competitor
• We are unable to match gift card promotions
• We do not process automated price matching or price adjustment requests generated by third party services
• We will only make one price adjustment per item
• If requesting a price match or price adjustment in one of our stores you must bring a current advertisement or a functioning link to the item on the competitor’s website
• Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
