Return:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ginzawatch.jp. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Which Circumstances We Offer Return & Refund:
Wrong Product:
If you discover that your order is flawed, please get in touch with us at contact@ginzawatch.jp with photos of the wrong product. We will provide a return shipping label, and once it is received, we will ship a replacement product immediately.
Exchange:
We exchange products if they are defective or damaged, and we also offer exchanges for different sizes. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@ginzawatch.jp with your order number and a description of your exchange request.
Damaged Upon Arrival:
If your item(s) are damaged or defective upon arrival, please email us with photos of your order and an explanation of the damage or defect. After we verify this information, we will process your refund immediately.
Broken After Use:
If your product breaks after you've worn it, our 2-year warranty from the day you received your watch will cover the repair, free of charge. Please email us with details of the problem and return your watch to our return address below to begin the process.
Change of Mind:
We will not offer a refund if you change your mind and decide you no longer want your products after receiving your order. In this scenario, we will only offer a free exchange. See our Returns Policy page for more information regarding exchanges.
Incorrect Product:
If you realize your item(s) is the wrong product upon arrival, please email us with photos of your order and an explanation of the error. After we verify this information, you will need to return the order to us, and we will send you the correct product or process a refund if you prefer. We will cover the return shipping costs.
Cancel the order:
We usually ship orders immediately. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, and we will initiate a request with the processing department. However, we cannot guarantee that you can always cancel the order once you have received the product.
** All refunds will be issued after receiving the returned product and inspecting it. This process may take up to 4 days to reflect in your bank account. Customer satisfaction is essential to us.
Refunds (if Applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late Or Missing Refunds (if Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
