Our watches are all carefully evaluated and authenticated by our in-house Swiss-trained watchmakers before entering our curated inventory of watches for sale. Every watch we sell is guaranteed to be fully authentic and comes backed by our 2-year Global Ginza Watches Japan warranty to give you peace of mind.

Your watch will also come with original brand packaging and papers to certify that the watch is authentic. We do not sell watches without original box and papers.

Our watch experts are highly trained to identify any indication that a watch may not be authentic. If fraud is detected, we will confiscate the watch so that it is no longer in circulation and will work with the proper authorities to identify the source of the fraudulent watch.

Shipping usually takes 5-7 days; however, if we are overwhelmed with the volume of orders, there may be a slight delay.

No, absolutely not. Ginza Watch handles all customs and import taxes to your country so you do not have to worry about paying those. Our goal is to make the process of buying luxury watches as smooth and as hassle-free as possible.

If you decide to make a bank transfer, we have partnered with a third-party Japanese escrow company, Nakamura Group Limited, who will safeguard all bank transfer payments and secure your funds until you receive your watch and are happy with it. If for some reason there is an issue with your watch, Nakamura Group will release your funds back to you after you return the watch back to us. Ginza Watches does not receive payment until you're satisfied with the condition and quality of your watch.
