Sent this company a couple of emails with questions about some of the watches they had for sale on their website and they never responded. If a company can't be professional enough to respond to emails in a timely manner why would I ever consider buying a luxury watch from this company. If you're looking for a high end luxury watch check out crown and caliber; they are extremely responsive to email questions and appreciate your business and do everything they can to make sure you are a satisfied customer.
